Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 September 2026
Welcome to Nest. These terms are the agreement between you and FREVIAX LTD (“Nest”, “we”, “us”) for your use of the Nest app. FREVIAX LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17405675, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using Nest, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who can use Nest
You must be at least 18 years old to hold a Nest account. By using Nest you confirm that any child whose details you record is your own child, or a child you care for with the permission of their parent or guardian.
What Nest is
Nest is a simple tool to help you record and remember your baby’s feeds, sleep, medicine, nappies, growth, and other daily moments, and to share that record with the people who care for your baby with you. It is here to help a tired parent keep track, nothing more. Nest is for personal, family use, not for clinical or professional care.
Not medical advice
Nest is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Anything Nest shows you, including reminders, summaries, insights, and any medicine entries or doses you record, is for your own reference only. Always rely on your own judgement and speak to a doctor, midwife, health visitor, or pharmacist for any health decision or concern about your baby. You are responsible for the medicine names, doses, and times you enter and act on. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Your account
- Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Give us accurate information when you sign up.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.
Your records
The records you keep in Nest belong to you. You give us permission to store them and to show them to the members of your household, so that the app can work. Nest is a convenience, not a system of record. Please keep your own note of anything important, such as medicine times, because we cannot promise that a log will never be lost.
Sharing your household
Nest lets you invite other people, such as a partner or co-parent, into your household. Please note:
- Anyone you invite can see and add to your baby’s records.
- An invite link is valid for 7 days.
- Only invite people you trust with your family’s information.
- You are responsible for who you invite.
Using Nest properly
Please use Nest only for its intended personal, family purpose. You agree not to:
- Use Nest for any unlawful purpose.
- Try to break, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems.
- Use Nest to store or share anything unlawful or harmful.
Your licence to use Nest
We give you a personal licence to use Nest on Apple devices you own or control. You may not sell, rent, or pass it on. Nest, its name, design, illustrations, and code belong to FREVIAX LTD. Apple’s App Store terms, including Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, also apply to your download. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for Nest or for supporting it.
Nest Picks and affiliate links
Nest may show product suggestions. Some of these are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you buy something after tapping through, at no extra cost to you. When you tap a product, you leave Nest and continue on Amazon or another retailer. Any purchase, payment, delivery, return, and customer service is handled by that retailer under their own terms, not ours. Amazon does not sponsor or endorse Nest.
Availability and changes
Nest is currently offered in the United Kingdom, free of charge and “as is”. We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update or stop offering the app. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you clearly before you pay for anything.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, and because Nest is a free tool to help you keep notes, we are not liable for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you started using Nest, for any business loss, or for how you use the information you record. Nest does not replace professional care.
Ending your use
You can stop using Nest at any time. You can delete your account, your baby’s profile, and individual entries in the app, or ask us to delete your account and data as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account removes your email, your sign in, and every baby you look after on your own; a baby you share with a partner passes to them. Whenever a baby’s profile is deleted, we keep an anonymous summary of that baby’s days, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Your privacy
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use Nest means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your home nation.
